System enables entry of long distance telephone users of RAT telephone exchange into RAT network. It has all the characteristics of modern telephony: tone and pulse dialing, establishing communication on fast and effective way and long-range voice connections.

System consists of telephone user's unit JTP Tm-1202 (telephone side), telephone user's transceiver PTP Tm-1202 (exchange side) and contact line (telephone line).
